Our franchise recruitment team will be in contact with you via email or WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat for a meeting.
Step 2
Meet our management team to discuss your financial capabililty for a local single Unit / International Area / International Master Franchises and the address the various site location specifications.
Step 3
We will send you a Franchisee Application form and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Step 4
We will send you the legal documentation required to start a franchise and on-boarding training will commence.

How long is the commitment to owning a #thebackyardbakers franchise?
We expect a mid to long term commitment.
This is usually in the range of a minimum of 3-5 years, including 3-6 months of unpaid training and onboarding period.
Do i need a background in F&B?
Not at all!
However, you must possess a passion for food! You must LIVE TO EAT, enjoy working and running fast-paced environment and be passionate about providing high quality and great products to #thebackyardbakers friends and family.
You also need to understand a ‘f&b lifestyle’ – extremely long hours, high pressure, non-stop, and not forgetting, to demonstrate significant business acumen!
