Shipping policy

At #thebackyardbakers®, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you smoothly. However, in rare cases where delivery is unsuccessful, the following policy applies:

1. Possible Reasons for Failed Deliveries
    •    Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
    •    Recipient Unavailable: No one is available to receive the delivery & calls to the recipient goes unanswered.
    •    Refused Delivery: If an order is refused at the point of delivery, it will be treated as undeliverable.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery issue is due to an error on our part. Delivery is outsourced to Lalamove and delivery fees are charged according to radius and may fluctuate according to supply and demand.

3. Tips to Ensure Smooth Delivery
    •    Double-check your address when placing an order.
    •    Provide a phone number to help the courier reach you.
